Payments...
We accept Paypal, Credit Cards (also though Paypal) and Postal Money Orders. Ebay payments must be made within 3 days of end of auction. Once the funds have cleared or the money order is cashed, the item will be dispatched to you ASAP!
Shipping...
Royal Mail is our standard carrier. For heavier and/or larger items we use Parcelforce or DHL. Your item will be packed very well in anticipation of a bumpy journey to your door. Insurance is recommended for every item because one never knows exactly how bumpy that journey could be! Most items will ship within 48 hours from receipt of payment. Transit time is generally less than 48 hours. If you want it faster and are willing to pay those additional charges from the carrier, we'll do that too!
Returns...
"New" items are described as such and are returnable only in the highly unlikely situation that they are defective or there is some wild, glaring inaccuracy on the site or in the listing. The item must be in EXACTLY the condition it was when sent to you. You must return the item to us in its original packing. Your item will be inspected before any refund is given.
"Used" items are described as such and are sold "AS SEEN " and are not returnable. So, please ask any and all of your questions before you purchase or bid! |
